Confirmation of your booking:
We will confirm your booking, the
total cost of your reservation and any travel arrangements by
sending you a confirmation of booking on receipt of the required
deposit. If your booking is close to your arrival date, your confirmation
and receipt will be presented on arrival.
Arrival and check out:
Rooms are available from 3.00pm on
the arrival date. You are requested to vacate your room by 10.00am
on the day of departure. You are welcome to use the hotel's facilities
both before your room is available on your arrival date and on
the day of departure, after vacating your room. We can hold your
luggage for collection later in the day.
Payment:
To secure your booking you will be
required to pay a non returnable deposit of £50 per person per week or part thereof
and any ferry fares in full. The remaining balance is due on arrival
however, if you wish to pay by cheque
please ensure your payment arrives fourteen days prior to the
commencement of your stay.
Cancellation and amendments:
If for any reason you find it necessary
to cancel your booking, you should immediately contact the hotel.
The cancellation should be in writing and signed by the person
who made the booking. We would apply the following scale of cancellation
charges payable by you.

If you wish to amend your booking
we will do our very best to accommodate you.
Cancellation or alteration
by us:
All our bookings are planned very
carefully but in very rare cases it is necessary to amend or cancel
bookings made by you. We therefore reserve the right in any circumstances
to make such changes or to cancel the booking. If we cancel or
make any major change to your booking you will be free to a) accept
the new holiday arrangement offered by us or b) cancel your holiday
with us altogether and receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Parking:
The hotel offers limited free of charge
car parking spaces at the rear of the building at owners risk.
If there are no spaces available, there is a large Isle of Wight
Council owned car park 50 yards from the rear entrance of the
Hotel. Tourist parking permits are available from the hotel reception
and offer great value for money and unlimited parking in Council
controlled parking areas Island wide. Unfortunately we are unable
to reserve car parking spaces.
Holiday Insurance:
We strongly advise that you should
take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and also
to cover other risks. Please contact us for further details regarding
available insurance options.

If you have a problem on your holiday,
please bring it to the attention of the management immediately
so that we can endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible.
